What costs money vs free
Costs money
- Texts, picture messages, emails, and phone calls. These are paid from the wallet.
- AI tools such as Ask AI, Content AI, Voice AI, and Reviews AI. The cost changes with how much you use.
- Monthly fees such as phone numbers, WhatsApp seats, and your plan.
- One-time fees such as a domain or A2P registration.
Free
- Checking your balance, usage history, plan, and invoices.
- Changing the card on the account.
- The $1.00 signup card check. That charge is refunded.
- Extra users and contacts on Biz Suite. The plan itself is a monthly fee.
Words on this sheet
Tap a word, or hover it, for the meaning.
One text-message chunk. A standard SMS segment is 160 characters. A longer text is billed as more than one segment.
Application-to-Person. The registration US carriers require before a business sends text messages to customers.
The price your account is charged. Every price on this sheet already includes the 10% markup.
The prepaid balance that pays for metered usage. It auto-recharges $10 when the balance goes below $0.

How to save
- Keep texts under 160 characters so they stay one segment.
- A picture message costs more than a text segment. Send a text when a picture is not needed.

The $10 auto top-up fires when the balance goes below $0.
Auto-recharge adds $10.00 when the balance drops below $0.00. This is per account. You can change the recharge amount and the low-balance limit in Billing > Wallet & Transactions > Wallet & Recharge.
Auto-recharge cannot be turned off on the HighLevel platform.
A $10.00 wallet credit is loaded at signup. The $1.00 card check is refunded.
If the card fails, auto-recharge retries once a day for up to 7 days, then stops. Services may pause at $0.00.
If the SaaS payment fails, the account is suspended.
Refunds
There is no automatic refund policy beyond the $1.00 card check, which is refunded. Leftover wallet balance is forfeited on cancel. Paid credits may be refunded by us before cancel.

How do I cancel?
Open Settings, then Billing, then the Subscriptions tab. Choose Want to modify / cancel the subscription?, then Cancel Plan, then Cancel. Leftover wallet balance is forfeited on cancel. Contact support at admin@teamalphacoop.com first if you'd like unused paid credits refunded.
When does the wallet auto top-up fire?
It adds $10 when the balance goes below $0. Auto-recharge cannot be turned off on the HighLevel platform.
